Shipping
All sales are final.
We can typically ship same day if order received before 1pm GMT on weekdays, but can take up to a week on certain instances.
We will not replace shipments showing a delivery status of "Driver Release" regardless of purchase of insurance.
Defective items, all refunds will be for the cost of the products only (not including shipping).
In the case of damaged in transit the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the items are in a saleable condition (they look like they could be on a store shelf you have nothing to worry about) we will issue a refund or credit (your choice) once the products are received, reviewed, and checked back into stock less a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions to return items from your order.
Modifications & Cancellation
We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. Please review your order before completing your purchase
We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Please see our Restrictions below.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Restrictions
If an order is placed and the shipping location has restrictions that requires additional verifying information your order will be pulled and held until the required documentation is received for 5 days. If we do not receive this documentation there will be a 20% restocking fee (inventory) deducted from your refund.

New York - Ammo4patriots.com will only ship to companies in other areas of New York state registered as a New York (FFL) Federal Firearms License Dealer. For a complete list of New York FFL Dealers click here. New York state law requires that we obtain a copy of their New York FFL credentials and have it on file before we ship any ammunition (ammo). The New York FFL may scan and email a copy of their FFL to brent@ammo4patriots.com. Place you order on ammo4patriots.com just as you normally would, using your information for billing, but make sure the shipping information (ship to address) is that of your New York FFL.
New York City, including Staten Island, Queens, The Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan - No ammo or projectile sales
New Jersey - Please email a picture of your required documentation to brent@ammo4patriots.com after checkout. Acceptable documentation is a NJ Firearms Purchaser ID Card as some calibers require a valid copy of your firearms purchaser identification card or valid copy of your permit to purchase / carry a handgun. (example: .223, 5.56, 300 BLK, .308, 7.62x51 have no requirements).
California - Components are allowed. (example: primers, bullets, casings and powder).

Acceptable documentation is an FFL dealer’s license by itself (not including type 03 C&R licenses), or a valid CT permit to carry a pistol or revolver, or a valid CT long gun eligibility certificate. Illinois - Email an image of their FOID card and a copy of a second state issued ID to brent@ammo4patrtiots.com after checkout. Upload an image file and email both front and back state issued ID and FOID card as required by state law. Massachusetts - A complex procedure is set out for the purchase of rifles, shotguns, handguns, their related feeding devices, “large capacity firearms” and “large capacity feeding devices.” In the case of ammunition, care must be taken to have the correct card or license for a particular purchase. It is unlawful to sell or transfer any firearm, firearm feeding device, or ammunition to a person without the proper card, license, or permit.
